Description
The PLA Model Continuous Loop Press is a semi-automatic press designed to optimize production times through synchronized loading, pressing, and unloading. As part of the PL series automations, the PLA model can increase production volumes and can be incorporated into articulated production lines using its continuous cycle.
The PLA Model Continuous Loop Press uses a loading table, an internal motorized transport system, and an unloading table to create a continuous workflow. Once the operator has completed the panel composition, the foot switch activates the loading belt and transfers the panel into the press. Pressure is applied automatically, and after the pressing cycle is complete, the finished panel is automatically charged while the next load can be prepared.

Production Process:
The PLA Model Continuous Loop Press allows the operator to begin preparing the next panel or sandwich immediately after loading the previous one. The loading table, internal press belt, and unloading table work together to reduce the time between pressing cycles.

The standard press is equipped with an additional motorized chain system, gear motor, and inverter installed inside the lower floor.

An air blowing system installed on the lower floor creates an air cushion between the work surface and the Mylar section to reduce friction and facilitate movement of the belt.
3. Unloading Table
The unloading table is equipped with free-running wheels. Once the pressing cycle is complete, the press opens and the panel is automatically transferred from the Mylar belt onto the unloading table.

- Loading from the narrow side
- Discharge from the same side as loading with the PL/CsL model
The PLA Model Continuous Loop Press combines pulse loading by foot switch, automatic pressure, and synchronized automatic unloading with the next load. Its continuous cycle also allows the press to be incorporated into articulated production lines.
