When you need assistance with your equipment*, we provide quick remote support over teamviewer. This service app allows us to remotely diagnose and resolve issues in the shortest time possible through a secured network connection.
Remote support minimizes downtime and often makes an on-site visit unnecessary. It is offered free of charge during the warranty period and is also available as part of a Maintenance Contract.
If on-site support is necessary we can quickly schedule an expert service technician at your location as well. Our service technicians are strategically located in our main office Toronto.
