The Bekamark High Speed Steel-Circular Saw BMDO-80CS is a high-speed steel circular saw designed for demanding industrial cutting applications. Built on a robust column-type frame with a vertical slide system, it delivers exceptional cutting power and rigidity for precision performance in every cycle.
The High Speed Steel-Circular Saw BMDO-80CS comes standard with a speed inverter, enabling cutting speeds from 20 meters/min (65′ 7 3/8″) up to 100 meters/min (328′ 1″). This broad speed range allows operators to fine-tune cutting performance for a variety of ferrous materials and production needs.
The High Speed Steel-Circular Saw BMDO-80CS features precise electric servo feeding, capable of cutting solid metal bars up to 80mm (3 1/8″) in diameter, as well as a wide range of tube sizes. Its superior gearbox design ensures extended machine life and consistent, reliable operation under high workloads.
A flexible gripper feeding system paired with a floating carriage ensures optimal feeding precision, even when handling material that isn’t perfectly straight. The intuitive touch screen interface makes operation seamless, allowing users to easily program multiple cutting lengths per bar for efficient workflow.
Additional safety covers and operator-focused features ensure maximum protection and comfort. The cutting head, driven by cemented and ground helical gears–not an endless screw–reduces vibration and backlash, enabling high-speed operation with smooth, accurate blade movement. Continuous variable speed control is provided via the integrated inverter.
