Description
The Fluid Double Membrane Press is designed for the application of 3D thermoforming films and veneer on both sides of shaped surfaces. As part of the FLUID series, the press takes advantage of the incompressibility of a liquid to achieve high specific pressures for processing particularly complex and delicate thermoformable materials.
The Fluid Double Membrane Press can apply PVC, PPE, AVS, and other 3D thermoforming films as well as veneer to shaped surfaces. FLUID series presses can also be configured for the application of aluminum to shaped panels with the ALM version.
Designed specifically for two-sided processing, the Fluid Double Membrane Press features high hydraulic thrust and a heavy-duty oxy-cut structure to allow coatings to be applied to particularly complex surfaces. The press is equipped with two rubber membranes and diathermal oil heating as standard.
The Fluid Double Membrane Press is available in manual and automatic loading configurations, including single-action and two-action models. Multiple working dimensions and pressure configurations are available, with specific working pressures ranging from 8 kg/cm² to 18 kg/cm², depending on the selected model and size.
