Robust constructed mono block saw frame with hydraulic vertical motion and linear guide Band saw can feed length in a train 19 11/16″ inches, 500 mm. Cutting length and average number input via PLC (programmable logic controller ) of “SIEMENS” for ten different programs. Cutting belt can be continuously adjustable with belt speed precision 65′ 7 3/8″, 20 meters-328′ 1″ feet, 100 meters / min. Machine had been design for small metal processing with many standard and advance features.
