The Tandem Hydraulic Vertical Bandsaw is engineered for high-speed, high-precision cutting of softwood, making it especially effective for producing construction timber. This powerful tandem vertical band saw integrates seamlessly with log carriage systems to ensure high sawing flexibility and throughput. It supports a forwarding speed of up to 160 meters per minute (524′ 11 3/16″/min) and a rapid positioning speed of 500mm per second (19 11/16″/second), providing exceptional efficiency in demanding production lines.
This model features an optimization system with two working modes–quality mode and program mode–for enhanced performance control. The saw head moves smoothly on linear bearings mounted on a heavy-duty chassis, ensuring reliable, vibration-free operation over time. The Tandem Hydraulic Vertical Bandsaw is equipped with 55 1/8 (1,400mm) diameter wheels and can achieve a maximum cutting height of 46 1/16″ (1,170mm) and cutting width of 28 5/16″ (720mm).
