Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL

The Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL is designed for the gluing of lamellar beams, providing an automated system for loading, pressing, and unloading materials during production.

The Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL features automatic loading onto the conveyor belt operated by a foot switch. After processing, materials can be unloaded onto either an idler or motorized roller bench.

Available in several working lengths from 2500mm to 5300mm, the Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL provides a working width of 1300mm and a thrust of 10kg/cm² across all available sizes.

The line features a heavy-duty structure manufactured from thick oxy-cut steel sheets, horizontal thrust cylinders, an integrated load transport system, and a digital touchscreen control panel with PLC. Heating is provided using water or diathermal oil.

Automatic Composition System:

The optional automatic composition system receives the slats from the gluing machine and stops them at a predetermined position. A tipping device rotates each slat by 90°, allowing a pre-assembled group to be formed on the chain system.

As each additional slat is added, the pre-assembled group descends on the chain system by the thickness of one slat. This process continues until the complete composition has been assembled.

Once the composition is complete, the pre-assembled group is positioned on the motorized roller conveyor for entry into the press.

The Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL combines automatic material handling, controlled pressing, touchscreen operation, and multiple available working lengths for the gluing of lamellar beams. With optional automatic gluing and composition systems, the Automatic Slat and Lamellar Line PLS-TL can be configured with additional automation according to production requirements.
