Description
The PLs/TL CA Lamellar Press is designed for bonding lamellar beams and slats. Lamellar bonding, with adhesive applied to the face of the beam, allows for the production of panels and beams with high structural resistance and greater stability than solid wood.
Lamellar products are particular suitable for the construction sector due to their versatility and stability. The process also allows different wood species to be used to achieve a variety of aesthetic appearances and high-quality finishes.
The PLs/TL CA Lamellar Press features automatic loading onto either an idler or motorized roller bench. Multiple working lengths are available from 2500 to 5300mm, all providing a thrust of 10 kg/cm².
Functions:
- Gluing slats for the construction of windows
- Gluing slats for the production of beams for the construction sector
FInal Products:
- Windows
- Stairs
- Load-bearing beams with wide spans
- Trusses
- Roof structures
Available Working Sizes:

- Thrust: 10 kg/cm²
PLs/TL CA 55/13
- Working Area: 5300 x 1300mm
- Thrust: 10 kg/cm²
Standard Equipment:
- Structure manufactured from thick oxy-cut sheets
- Horizontal thrust cylinders
- Fixed contrast stop for the horizontal thrust cylinders
- Load transport system for movement in and out of the press
- Digital touchscreen control panel with PLC
- Water or diathermal oil heating
Optional Equipment:
- Automatic belt loader
- Automatic gluing machine
- Automatic composition system
- High frequency generator
- Multilayer top for high frequency
- Motorized exhaust system with translator
The optional automatic composition system receives the slats from the gluing machine, stops them in position, and rotates them 90° using a tipping device. The slats form a pre-assembled group on a chain system. As each lamella is added, the assembly descends by the thickness of one lamella until the composition is complete. The completed group is then positioned on the motorized roller conveyor for into the press.
