Description
The PL Conversion M is a membrane press designed for the application of 3D thermoforming films and veneer on one side of shaped surfaces. Part of the PL Conversion series, it uses heat, air, and vacuum and is designed to achieve production volumes suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The PL Conversion M can apply PVC, PPE, ABS, and other 3D thermoforming films with or without a membrane, depending on the application. For veneer application on shaped surfaces, the use of the membrane is always required. The press is equipped with a system that allows the membrane to be quickly attached and removed.
The PL Conversion M is also a standard hot/cold press for veneer and laminate application. Material is manual loaded from the long side, with two available working sizes and pressure configurations.
