Description
The Model X LAM is a modular press designed for the construction of cross multi-layer panels for the construction and furniture industries. The system is used for producing structural panels including CLT, GLULAM, and X-LAM, as well as walls and formwork.
The Model X LAM features a modular structure composed of standard 3500 x 2000mm modules. Each module provides more than 800 tons of vertical thrust, equivalent to 11 kg/cm². The number of modules can be configured according to the customer’s requirements, with the available board length and with determined by the size and number of modules.
Material is loaded into the Model X LAM using parallel motorized chains. Inside the press, the chains lower below the level of the lower floor. Each module is equipped with its own independently motorized chain system.

Types of Work Surfaces:
Lower Fixed Floor
Constructed from welded beams and machines with machine tools. The loading system with rows of motorized chains is installed between the floor beams.
Upper Mobile Floor
Constructed from welded beams, covered with thick sheet metal, and processed by machine tool.
Optional Equipment:
The Model X LAM can be equipped with:
- Material tipping systems at the unloading area
- Motorized chain loading and unloading
- Gluing systems
- Lateral pressure system for longitudinal board alignment and compaction
- Front pressure system for transverse board alignment and compaction
- On multi-module machines, the front pressure system is installed on the first and last modules
