Description
TF 2 is an extremely flexible working station, specially studied for the production of windows and several kind of doors by small and medium sized workshops. On a single machine the operator can perform cutting-off and tenoning (angled too), profiling, glazing bead profiling and separating, assembled frame and sash squaring.
The programmable spindle and the special turning spindle guard allow a quick and easy change from an operation to the next step. Its productivity, with a correct job planning and organizing, can reach relevant levels.
The two-speed tenoning carriage runs on prismatic guides and linear bearings with re-circulating balls. On request, variable speed with inverter, controlled by a PLC.

The electronic control allows the window calculation and management. The display shows the window drawing, the elements, their sizes and quantities. The operator’s job is assisted at any step.
