Description
The Working Station for Windows is an exceptionally versatile and efficient solution, specifically designed for the production of windows and a wide variety of door types by small and medium-sized woodworking shops. This all-in-one machine allows the operator to execute a complete set of operations–including cutting-off and tenoning (even angled), profiling, glazing bead profiling and separating, and squaring of assembled frames and sashes–without changing machines.
Thanks to a programmable spindle and a specially designed turning spindle guard, the transition between different working phases is fast and effort and effortless. The Working Station for Windows ensures high productivity levels, especially when paired with well-organized job planning. The two-speed tenoning carriage operates on prismatic guides and linear bearings with re-circulating balls, offering stability and precision. Upon request, the machine can be configured with variable speed via an inverter, controlled by an integrated PLC system.
Optional features for the Working Station for Windows include a two-position turning shipbreaker, an electronic readout on the reference stop, and a laser guide for increased accuracy. The electronic control system supports full window calculation and management, displaying window drawings, dimensions, and quantities for streamlined operations.
Whether you are producing custom pieces or standard window designed, the Working Station for Windows offers a compact yet powerful platform for efficient, precise, and repeatable woodworking.
