Description
The Working Angular Plant from the INTEGRA series is a fully electronic machining solution designed specifically for window and door production. These angular plants are configured with a tenoning machine–either the Thema Plus or 2 Plus–and a profiling machine in either the Single or Twin version. The Working Angular Plant is built to handle complex, high-volume operations without requiring frequent tooling changes, making it ideal for standard wooden windows, doors, or even wood-aluminum hybrid window systems.
This flexible system allows the use of multiple cutter profiles simultaneously, enabling combined machining of various window types. The profiling machine can also be equipped with an optional electronic counter-fence, which eliminates manual positioning and presetting, further reducing setup time.
The Working Angular Plant features advanced electronic control via a 11″ LCD touchscreen. The control unit includes pre-programmed calculations for 1-wing and 2-wing windows, along with graphic-assisted sequence operation–either piece by piece or window by window. With memory storage for up to 99 working programs, operators can streamline production and minimize errors.
The display also shows the tenoning fence angle and automatically calculates compensated lengths based on that angle. Operators have the option to control the entire plant or operate the tenoning and profiling sections independently.
With the Working Angular Plant, window and door production becomes faster, smarter, and more efficient.
