The Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-360C comes equipped with a rear jaw containing multiple hardened rollers driven through a worm and wheel by an electric motor. The front vice includes free-running rollers, allowing effortless material feed. Once the workpiece is positioned between the rollers, no additional clamping is needed–a major time-saving advantage. A limit switch on top of the vice stops the machine automatically when the material is exhausted.
Feeding is controlled through a micro-switch located at the bar stop, which manages the bar feed motor. A built-in piece counter tracks the number of cuts, while automatic shut-off activates in case of blade breakage, protecting both the operator and the machine. The Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-360C includes a removable coolant tank with a submerged electric pump to deliver coolant to both guide assemblies. Standard features include a bi-metal saw blade and a 47 1/4″ (1200mm) in-feed roller table. The machine can also be equipped with hydraulic blade tensioning for enhanced accuracy and ease of maintenance.
