The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-440 is a fully automatic horizontal bandsaw engineered for straight 90-degree cuts in solid bars, tubes, and profiles made of steel, cast iron, light alloys, and non-ferrous materials. Designed for precision and efficiency, this machine is ideal for repetitive, high-volume cutting operations.
Constructed entirely from heavy-duty fabricated steel, the Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-440 features a robust gear system enclosed in an oil bath, ensuring long service life and smooth operation. The blade guidance system is equipped with carbide pads and rollers to maintain cutting accuracy and reduce blade wear.
The front vide includes multiple hardened rollers driven by an electric motor through a worm and wheel system, while the rear vice consists of free-running rollers. A limit switch positioned above the vice automatically stops the machine when the material runs out.
Once the workpiece is clamped between the rollers, no further clamping is required during operation. Material is fed forward to a bar stop containing a micro-switch that controls the bar feed motor. A built-in piece counter tracks and controls the number of cuts.
Additional features include automatic blade breakage detection, a removable coolant tank with a submerged electric pump, and standard accessories such as a Bi-Metal saw blade and a 1200mm (3′ 11 1/4″) infeed roller table.
