Description
The Standard Press PL is designed specifically for the application of veneer or laminate coatings on MDF and chipboard panels. The PL series is typically used by small and medium-sized businesses, carpentry shops, and craftsmen.
The Standard Press PL is available in three standard sizes for 2500 x 1300mm to 3500 x 1300mm, with customized dimensions available according to customer requirements. Different heating surfaces, heating systems, and control panels are available depending on the required application.
The Standard Press PL can be configured with assembled heating surfaces, solid drilled steel surfaces, electrical surfaces, or assembled and milled surfaces for special applications. Heating options include water, diathermal oil, and cartridge electrical resistors.

- Maximum working temperature: 120°C
- Maximum specific working pressure: 3-5 kg/cm²
- Coil covered with 3mm thick calibrated sheet metal
- Aluminum foil surface
- Designed for efficient heat distribution
Solid Drilled Steel Surfaces
- Typical working temperature: 120°C
- Maximum specific pressure: 30 kg/cm²
- Manufactured from steel plates with circuit holes
- Surface can be coated with Mylar or Vetroteflon for temperatures above 120°C
Electrical Surfaces
- Chipboard base
- Aluminum plate containing electrical resistors
- Maximum working temperature: 120°C
- Anodized surface available on request for greater wear resistance
Assembled and Milled Surfaces:

- CNC milled to a standard roughness of 1.6 microns
- Coil covered on both sides with 8mm thick
