Description
Positive Pressurized Drying Cabinets are designed and implemented by designing and engineering calculations according to the physical structure of the users. Drying cabinets, which are indispensable for Manual Painting Cabinets or Painting Cabinets with Water System, require different air pressures than primer, top coat, sandpaper, drying and machine rooms. However, there should be transitions between rooms, but there should be no pressure losses and dust passages. Positive Pressurized Drying Cabinets are the paint drying rooms of a quality close to the “Klas C Cleanroom” class that we produce to keep the painted products clean and smooth during the flash off process (45 minutes). Physical dimensions are determined according to needs of the users. Automatic adjustment of air pressure, temperature control automation, filter contamination and “open door” alarm systems are offered as standard features of the drying cabinet.
