The Rotary Wrap 2300 B model’s rotating arm wrapper enables you to securely wrap heavy loads without any weight restriction while keeping them stable on the ground. The benefits of this machine are significant, thanks to its drive wheel that allows for smooth starting and stopping with no kickbacks or inertia. Additionally, the self-braking motor and front bumper instantly stop rotation upon contact with any obstacle, eliminating the need for fixed safety guards. The machine’s design includes a counterweighted structure that needs to be anchored to the floor. The rotating arm system guarantees secure wrapping of both heavy and light loads, even for particularly unstable products.
The Roto Wrap 1000 AE is a rotary-arm pallet wrapper designed for wrapping both heavy and unstable light loads. Key Features
The Rotary film Wraper model is constructed with a steel sheet exterior that is painted for durability. The film carriage is powered by a belt transmission. The maximum wrapping height is 2200 mm and the machine can operate in environments with humidity levels up to 90% and temperatures between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. The rotating arm has a diameter of 78 3/4″ and includes an emergency stop in compliance with CE regulations, as well as a safety bumper for stopping the machine. The maximum rotation speed is 12 turns per minute (RPM). The control panel includes a 7.2-inch touch screen and an acoustic warning and lamp sound at the start of the cycle. An inverter is also included for a smooth, progressive start and stop of the rotating arm
Cycle functions
The Rotary Wrap model features settings for the number of wrapping rounds on the bottom and top of the load. The turntable speed is adjustable from 0 to 12 revolutions per minute (RPM) and the carriage’s ascending and descending speed can be set as well. The delay for the photoeye reading is also adjustable. The machine includes functions for the carriage’s ascending and descending, and a cycle counter is included to keep track of the number of cycles completed

Parameters for wrapping recipe
The Roto Wrap rotary pallet wrapper features a cycle ascending and descending function, as well as an option for just cycle ascending. The “energy saving film mode” allows for more efficient use of film during wrapping. The machine also includes 8 programmable wrapping cycles that can be set to your specific needs.
Mobile stretch wrapping machine’s cycles can be activated through the control panel. The machine features various cycle options including an ascending and descending cycle, an ascending cycle only, a reinforce cycle at a programmed height (available in both ascending and ascending/descending cycles), an altimeter cycle to detect the pallet height and exclude the photocell, and a top sheet cycle (available in both ascending and descending options). Additionally, the machine is equipped with a touch screen that allows for up to 10 programmable cycles to be configured according to the product and pallet being wrapped. Unstrandard size of packegin made possible with robotic wrapper, there is no max package limit.
