The Techno Wrap 2000 BD is a state-of-the-art wrapping machine designed for efficient pallet wrapping and handling. It features a rotating turntable supported by ball bearings and driven by a pinion for smooth operation. The rotation speed can be precisely controlled with an Inverter to ensure proper stops in any situation. The machine comes with a single motorized pre-stretch carriage capable of stretching the film up to 250% by replacing 2 gears, with a fixed ratio of 200%. The control panel, accessible through a touch screen, offers high functionality and flexibility, including self-diagnostic errors and manual functions. The machine also features a film clamp, cutting, and welding system, and various optional accessories. To ensure safety, perimeter protections such as locking doors and security barriers (MUTING) are available in the entry and exit areas.

The industrial automatic high volume pallet wrapping line is a highly sophisticated high speed strect wrapping machine that boasts a number of top-notch features. Its frame is constructed from painted steel, and it is equipped with a film carriage that operates through a transmission chain. The turntable has a diameter of 78 3/4″, and the height of the conveyor can be customized to 450 mm upon request. The machine is fitted with a film clamp, cutting, and welding system that is controlled by a temperature controller. The machine is operated through a PLC and display touch screen control and is equipped with an acoustic warning system with a light signal that is activated at the start of each cycle. The pre-stretch mechanism is set at 200% but can be adjusted to 100%, 150%, or 250% as needed. The machine meets CE regulations with an emergency stop button and a reset button, and it has perimeter protections in place. The turntable operates smoothly through the use of an Inverter for soft start and indexed stop. The machine is equipped with Schneider contactors and buttons, P + F Pepperl + Fuchs sensors, a cycle counter, and a manual working mode for added convenience. Cycle functions
Automatic high volume pallet wrapping line is activated through its control panel, which allows for a range of cycles including ascending and descending, top sheet (ascending/descending), and reinforce cycles at a programmed height (ascending cycle, ascending/descending cycle). Additionally, there are up to 10 programmable cycles available via the touch screen, allowing for customization based on the product and pallet being wrapped.
