The Semi Automatic Strapping Machine Eco Strap 501L is specially designed for bulky packages. It allows you to strain products effortlessly, while maintaining the correct posture of the operator. It is a new generation machine that works with direct current motors arranged for each function of the machine.
Possibility of using different strap widths from 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 mm. in PP (polypropylene).

The new generation Semi Automatic Strapping Machine Eco Strap 501L, suitable for big and heavy boxes, is equipped with DC motors that control each function of the machine. It works with various PP strap sizes and the thermo-sealed strapping closure. Very competitive price and compact strapping machine, extremely efficient for any medium-low working capacity. It allows to strap big and heavy boxes easily, without effort of the worker.
General characteristics of the strapping machine
The Semi Automatic Strapping Machine Eco Strap 501L uses a 220 V power supply | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz and has a worktop height of 395 mm. It has a strapping speed ranging from 10 to 15 cycles per minute with a maximum adjustable tensioning force up to 45 Kg. The strapping machine is equipped with four pivoting wheels, two of which with brakes and an easyfast® strap guide disassembly system (without tools). There is also: adjustment of the cooling time of the welding (COOL TIME), adjustment of the temperature of the sealing blade, adjustment of the length of the strap to be dispensed, operation of the motors only during the strapping cycle, possibility of using different strap sizes.
