The Easy Strap 309RP-312RP Strapping Machines are high-performance, fully automatic solutions designed for seamless integration into automated packaging lines. Built with a motorized steel roller conveyor and equipped with a pneumatic top press, the Easy Strap 309RP-312RP Strapping Machines are ideal for stabilizing products during the strapping process. Their compact and robust structure makes them suitable for general use and medium-to-high volume production environments.
These machines operate using direct current (DC) motors that individually manage each function, enhancing reliability and energy efficiency. The system supports single, double, or multiple strapping operations, all controlled via an intelligent photocell reader. The Easy Strap 309RP-312RP Strapping Machines use either 9mm or 12mm PP strap and can be configured through a user-friendly 180-degree rotating control panel enabling operation from both sides.
One of the machine’s key advantages is its ability to function in transit mode–allowing product movement without strapping, when needed. This adaptability makes it an excellent fit for various production setups.
