Description
The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-230 is a fully automatic bandsaw designed for straight 90-degree cuts in solid stock, tubes, and profiles made of steel, cast iron, light alloys, and non-ferrous materials. Built with a fully fabricated steel structure, this machine ensures stability, strength, and consistent performance in demanding cutting environments.
It features a reduction gearbox operating in an oil bath for smooth, long-lasting performance. Carbide pads and rollers in the blade guides provide excellent precision and reduce wear, keeping the saw blade aligned for clean, accurate cuts. The front vice contains a series of hardened rollers, powered by an electric motor through a worm and wheel drive system, while the rear vice incorporates free-running rollers for effortless material feeding.
A limit switch mounted on the vice halts the Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-230 automatically once the material is exhausted. The workpiece, once clamped between the rollers, is firmly held in place–eliminating the need for further clamping. Material is fed to a bar stop equipped with a micro-switch that controls the feed motor, while a piece counter keeps track of the number of cute. The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-230 also stops automatically if blade breakage is detected.
Supplied as standard are a Bi-Metal saw blade and a 1200mm (47 1/4″) infeed roller table. Optional accessories include a 3-meter (118 1/8″) roller table and an inverter for variable speed control.
