Air Vacuum forming presses
Industrial panel moulding air vacuum press FLEXA is used to cover shaped panels with PVC covering doors for kitchen cabinetry.
Press structure profile welded beams, is suitable to bear the high pressures required by this kind of processing, Top plates resistance heated.
The bottom mobile platen is driven by a group of racks acting along the plate and providing a precise positioning during plate press and release.
It can be equipped with extractable day light opening trays up to two to facilitate manual loading/unloading. O RING silicon sealing wire between fixed platen and extractable tray.
Heating pressurizing air by electric exchanger; the air heating circuit has been conceived to ensure an even heating on the total surface for a perfect final result.
Machine can work with standard air compressor in the production facility . Vacuum device equipped with high power pump for immediate air vacuum.
Electric control board with PLC to control the working cycle step by step:
- Hydraulic pressure on the plate and air pressure inside the pressurisation chamber
- Air temperature control
- Automatic pressure reset system
- Time alarm for automatic opening
- Time alarming system for gluing control
- Opening/closing pushbuttons
