- Standard and Pre-melt Glue Pot: The edgebander features a pre-melt system with a reserved PUR terminal, incorporating a glue level sensor. The system allows automatic application of EVA glue after pre-melting. The addition of a large glue box enhances EVA glue supply capacity, reducing the need for manual applications.
- High-Speed Corner-Rounding: Outfitted with four trimming motors, ensuring rapid and stable corner chamfering.
- Trimming Unit: Effectively removes cutter marks present on the panel surface. Equipped with blowers to prevent tape chips from entering the motor.
