Prismatic Dust Collection Silos
Worm screw dust collector working system; The collected sawdust is conveyed to the discharge mouth by means of a screw. It stores sawdust and can be transferred to the silo when needed. From 10.500-44.500 CFM, disassembled helix transmission is manufactured. It is mainly used in the furniture industry. Workshop air dust collection and cleaning is provided with 5 micron 100% polyester high quality filters, Air filtration is being done by up to 438 filters. Silo maintenance made quite easy despite of the size of the unit. Units are manufactured by Unalsan dust collection and air filtration company since 1994. Unalsan only manufacture the high quality dust collectors almost last 30 years.
Capacity
Silo Dust collectors are design to store dry type wood dust and store up to 130 cubic meter or 1400 cubic feet. Unit can store upto 27.32 cubic tons of dust.
