Industrial Dust Collection Silos;

Mechanical Vibration dust collection silos have automatic discharge system as default. It is more economical than round silos in terms of investment cost.

Unit can be emptied while suction fans working.

There are sensors that warn the chip filling amount audibly.

That can collect dust and at the same time can store dust. The stored sawdust is either discharged to the truck or can be used as fuel in solid fuel boilers. The dust and chips stored is transferred to discharge outlet with worm screw conveyor. There is a rotary valve in discharge outlet. The dust and chips stored either can be emptied in a truck or solid fuel boiler.

Silo Dust collectors are design to store dry type wood dust and store up to 130 cubic meter or 1400 cubic feet.

Dust Silos; are the dust collection system which can store , filter and collect large amount of dust. Collected dust can be store in a trailer or can be transfer to boilers.

Wood dust and chips can be stored in the silo or empty to container or solid fuel boiler.

There is a mixer inside the silo so dust and chips are not pressed and create separate layers.

The dust and chips stored is transfered to discharge outlet with worm screw conveyor.

There is a rotary valce in discharge outlet.

Rotery valve prevents the dust and chips to scatter out during discharge
