Tool Holder Type
There are 20 tool changer with HSK F63 tool holder type. Machine comes with two tool holders as standard. In this way, it increases the extra vacuum power and provides a high grip on small parts. It is the system that ensures the transfer of the plate, which has been cut on the table to the automatic discharge conveyor located in the front of the machine and the sweeping of the dust on the table. With this system, the table top is cleaned in a very short time, making empty area for new material.

All main electronic components are provided by well known German brand Siemens, that doesn’t provide high quality and precision on the control of the CNC router but also help machine to reach high speeds during the nesting process. Aluminum Flat Table
Industrial grade aluminum plate has 8 zone controllers which can be supported with double Becker brand 250 m3/h dry vacuum to be sure for the stability of the nested panels.

Machine was build to work together with your cabinet software. Our briding program enables to work with All well know software brands such as cabmaster, mozaik, cab build, closet pro, cabinet pro. Working code system of the operation system is standard G code. You’ll use it to work on mdf, wood. You may use it to make new cabinets, work with acrylic, aluminum, aerospace, or 3-D carving projects. Like our other products, it has a durable steel-frame. The frame’s steel construction also means it eliminates vibration, which helps keep your cut nice and smooth. Alphacam is a fully functional, easy to use CAD/CAM solution which comes in the machine as default. 3D milling application can be transfer from your cabinet software.
