Fully Mitre Twin Pillar, Bekamak 440 CGS model is a fully automatic machine with servo feeding and it is the ideal model for mass production and bundle cutting of solid material, tube and profile. It is one of the master piece of the metal saw industry. Band saw machine took it’s place in Emo 2022 metal working show. Angular cutting is available between 0-60 degrees. The servo drive system can reduce the cutting tolerances to zero error. Servo feeding system with ball screw reduces cutting tolerances to zero error margin. Omron brand user friendly color touch screen PLC control panel allows to save 30 different cutting programs that each can have 50 cutting steps. Hydraulic top clamping and hexagonal vices are also available for bundle cutting. Machine comes with many default options, inverter, sensitive pressure, control panel, coolant pump.
