Double Column Drive Machine, BMSO-460CS NC fully automatic servo feeding metal band saw for sawing thick-walled profiles and solid materials
Robust constructed mono block saw frame with hydraulic vertical motion and linear guide. Band saw can feed length in a train 19 11/16″ inches, 500 mm. Cutting length and average number input via PLC (programmable logic controller ) of “Omron” for thirty different programs. Cutting belt can be continuously adjustable with belt speed precision 65′ 7 3/8″, 20 meters-328′ 1″ feet, 100 meters/min,. Machine had been design for small metal processing with many standard and advance features. Linear way minimizes vibration, chip conveyor and planetary gearbox comes as default features.
