Manual Horizontal Saw, Bekamak 270 DG series precisely cuts square pieces up to 10 5/8″ inches, 270 mm. 10 5/8″ inches, 270 mm double sided miter manual band saw machine horizontal band saw are durable and stably laid out for universal separation from full materials,pipes and profiles. Cutting head is double sided variable angle allows to cut metal pipes , bars in a 30° to 90° angle. It is one of the stock machine which is an essential for construction industry, A fast and precise mitre adjustment is characteristic within the range of 90° to 30°.The sawing property is situated in-line and becomes manual strained in 90°. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. These models can cope with most types of material. Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are standard feature and the machines automatically switch off at the end of the cut. Bi-Metal saw blade and 47 1/4″ inches, 1200 mm in feed roller table are supplied as standard. Machine is equip with critical standard features for continuous working, vise, hydro mechanic blade tension and adjustable shaft.
