Fully Automatic Straight Cut, band saws for cutting solid stocks,tubes and profiles of steel, cast-iron light and nonferrous material. Only 90 degree cut. Complete steel fabricated. Reductioned gear in oil bath and carbide pads and rollers in the blade guides. The front jaw contains of a number of hardened rollers driven through a worm and wheel by an electric motor. The rear vice consist of a number of free running rollers. A limit switch assembled on top the vice stops the machine when the block is exhausted. Once the work piece clamped between the rollers no further clamping needed. The work is fed through the vice to the bar stop which contains a micro-switch controlling the bar feed motor. A piece counter controls the number of the cuts. The machines stop automatically at the blade breakage. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. Bi-Metal saw blade and 47 1/4″ inches, 1200 mm in feed roller table are supplied as standard, however it can be supported with 118 1/8″ inches, 3 meters material roller table and chip conveyor as optional features, It is highly recommended to the the band saw with chip conveyor, if the main cutting is to cut solid bars.
