The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-320 is a fully automatic bandsaw engineered for precise 90-degree straight cuts in solid bars, tubes, and profiles made from steel, cast iron, light alloys, and non-ferrous materials. With a fully fabricated steel frame, the machine offers strength and long-term reliability for demanding production environments.
The system features a reduction gearbox running in an oil bath, ensuring smooth, durable operation. Blade guidance is maintained through carbide pads and rollers, enhancing cutting precision and extending blade life. The front vice consists of multiple hardened rollers powered by an electric motor through a worm and wheel mechanism. The real ice includes free-running rollers for smooth material feeding.
A limit switch mounted above the vice stops the Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-320 automatically when the material is depleted. Once clamped between the rollers, the workpiece requires no additional securing. Material feeds forward to a bar stop equipped with a micro-switch that controls the feed motor, while a piece counter tracks the number of cuts. The machine halts automatically in the event of blade breakage.
The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-320 includes a Bi-Metal saw blade and a 1200mm (47 1/4″) infeed roller table as standard. Optional upgrades include a 3-meter (118 1/8″) roller table and chip conveyor–highly recommended for continuous cutting of solid bar stock.
