H-Beam Cutting machine was a need to improve production , with our new forty foot long 20 kw fiber laser table.
Moby-Long allows you to finish all steps for the H Beam production A to Z automatically , if that was not enough cutting efficiency can be improved by adding automatic loading and unloading table. That machine will end single step work processing on the fabrication shop,
Machine cutting head 3D allows 5 axis cutting steps integrated with advance software allows to processing small piece and long pieces to reduce the waste on the full bar length. Beam cuts to perfection with 1/64″ tolerance in every 10 foot.
Raw material will be process to perfection only in one single machine. Once the process is completed you can use candled, lincoln or miller welding machine to assemble the base plates on your h-beam
