Spray Booth, While water curtain spray booths provide regular air flow, they are produced in such a way that the excess paint that can not hold on the surface of the product is efficiently removed from the environment. Paint particles are kept in the water curtain by the suction fan in the booth. Thus, a healthy and clean working environment is obtained for the personnel who is performing the painting process and the painted product.
Water curtain spray booths are the booths that make an exhaust with water curtain from the wall. The water pool on the ground prevents free flowing particles in the cabin, allowing smooth and high quality spray painting.
Spraying machine allows the automatic in line spraying of lacquers & stains on mouldings, picture frames, door, fiber glass doors, to be paint quickly and consistently.
Ventilation filters in water system spray booths are EU5 class. The automation system (PLC), which allows ventilation speed and temperature control, ensures that the cabin operates at the same quality and performance at all times.
