Description
This Pallet Dismantling Machine is a band saw cutting machine ideal for removing defective parts or completely dismantling of pallets. This machine features hydraulic height adjustment via foot pedal, as well as a waste band conveyor.
One operator can disassemble 600 to 1000 pallet every 8 hours. Pallet dismantling with a 15HP main motor cuts through the wood nails on both the dry and wet pallets. The standard size for pallets that this machine takes is 72″ inches but by custom order, it can be taken to 60″, 84″, 96″, or anything bigger or smaller. Our pallet dismantling machine offers quick and reliable cuts for each time with 3 separate motor on it. Conveyor carries the pallet blocks and panels to designated part area.
Blade high can be arrange table lift has preset heights with 5-1/2” for different size of pallets. Machine is great for heavy duty industrial applications. Saw wheels are desing by tries so tension of the motor is flecxiable and that funtinallity also helps to operator change the saw in a few mins.
