Built with an extra thick steel frame, this machine is constructed to last longer under demanding working conditions. Its solid body supports high-output operations while maintaining cutting accuracy and structural stability.
This Twin Vertical Bandsaw features special alloy cast iron crowned fly wheels, contributing to smooth, efficient blade movement. It is especially suited for large and thick log sawing, making it ideal for timber processing in both Canada and the United States. The inlet conveyor is supported by pneumatic upper pressing rollers, ensuring stable log feeding and secure material handling throughout the cutting process.
The blade is cleaned using a diesel oil tank system, allowing for smoother cuts and extended blade life. This specialized cleaning system ensures uninterrupted operation over long runs. The wood twin band saw is available in two motor configurations: 2 x 37kW (2 x 50HP) or 2 x 30kW (2 x 40HP).
