Description
The High Performance Industrial Sawmill features heavy-duty construction, low maintenance requirements, and efficient operation. The touch-screen displays various parameters such as the dimensions of the material, current head height, feed position, and main engine power. To adjust these parameters, the operator simply uses the touch screen to enter new settings. The modern, heavy-duty bed supports a log capacity of up to 6 tons. The massive steel beams that make up the frame are very stable and robust, designed to endure demanding sawmill environments. Its rugged frame ensures continuous performance during long shifts and variable workloads across different wood types.
All hydraulic log handling functions–such as log clamps, chain turners, power rollers, side supports, and hold-down clamps–are modular and can be moved to different places as needed. The High Performance Industrial Sawmill can be used as a standalone machine to fully process a log, or as part of an existing setup to handle irregular logs from 2m (6′ 6 3/4″) up to 6.5m (21′ 3 7/8″) in length.
