Description
Transpalet Lifts are specialized lifting platforms equipped with a hydraulic scissor mechanism, designed to raise and lower products at the entry and exit points of machines. These lifts are particularly well-suited for companies that do not utilize automated transfer systems such as roller conveyor lines. Instead, they are ideal for operations where products are moved manually or via pallet trucks (transplants), making them a practical solution in pallet-based transport workflows.
Transpalet Lifts offer seamless vertical movement and are engineered for easy integration with a variety of machines across multiple industries. These platforms come in hydraulic and pneumatic variants, typically available with roller tops or flat surfaces. They can be raised and lowered using either automatic photocell sensors or a foot pedal, providing operators with flexible, hands-free control. Both fixed and mobile (wheeled) models are available to suit different production layouts.
In roller-top models, the rollers engage only when the lift is fully lowered, allowing safe movement of materials. When elevated, the rollers disengage, securing the load in place. At its lowest height, the lift rests at 250mm (9 13/16″), aligning perfectly with standard roller conveyor systems when present.
Robust and efficient, Transpalet Lifts enhance ergonomics, reduce operator strain, and improve overall workflow efficiency in material handling operations.
