The Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-820C features a rear jaw equipped with multiple hardened rollers, which are powered through a worm and wheel system driven by an electric motor. At the front, the vice includes several free-running rollers that allow for smooth material handling without the need for re-clamping once the workpiece is positioned. A limit switch mounted atop the vice halts the machine automatically when the stock is fully processed.
For automation and accuracy, the machine integrates a bar stop fitted with a micro-switch to manage the bar feed motor.
