The Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-560C is a powerful and fully automatic band saw designed to handle solid stocks, tubes, and profiles made from steel, cast iron, light metals, and nonferrous materials. Engineered for precise 90-degree cuts, the machine features a linear way system and a square cutting capacity of 22 1/16″ (560mm)–ideal for medium to large-scale industrial applications that demand both reliability and accuracy.
Constructed entirely from steel, the Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-560C provides a durable and vibration-resistant platform for continuous operation. The rear jaw is outfitted with multiple hardened rollers, driven by an electric motor through a worm and wheel mechanism, ensuring smooth and powerful material feed. The front vice features free-running rollers, eliminating the need for additional clamping once the workpiece is in position. A limit switch positioned atop the vice automatically stops the machine once the material is exhausted.
Material is advanced through the vice to a bar stop equipped with a micro-switch that controls the feed motor. A piece counter monitors production volume, while an automatic shutdown system protects the machine in the event of blade breakage.
