The Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-330C is a fully automatic horizontal band saw designed for straight 90-degree cuts through solid stocks, tubes, and profiles made of steel, cast iron, and nonferrous materials. Built with a rigid fully steel-fabricated frame, this machine offers excellent structural integrity, vibration resistance, and long-term durability for demanding industrial use.
Equipped with a robust feeding system, the Fully Automatic C Straight Cut Twin Pillar Saw BMSO-330C features a rear jaw composed of multiple hardened rollers driven by an electric motor via a worm and wheel assembly. The front vice incorporates free-running rollers that allow the material to glide smoothly into position. Once clamped between the rollers, no further clamping is necessary, streamlining the cutting process.
An upper-mounted limit switch halts the operation when the material block is depleted, while a micro-switch integrated into the bar stop controls the bar feed motor. The onboard piece counter ensures precise tracking of cut quantities. In the event of blade breakage, the machine stops automatically to protect both the operator and the equipment.
Standard features include a bi-metal saw blade and a 47 1/4″ (1200mm) in-feed roller table. The coolant system consists of a removable tank and a submerged electric pump that delivers coolant to both blade guide assemblies.
