Constructed from heavy-duty fabricated steel, the Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-320L features as reduction gearbox housed in an oil bath, ensuring long-lasting, smooth, and quiet operation. The blade is guided by carbide pads and rollers to ensure excellent accuracy and extended blade life.
The front vice includes several hardened rollers powered by an electric motor through a worm and wheel mechanism, while the rear vice is fitted with free-running rollers. A limit switch mounted on the vice halts the machine automatically when material is depleted. Once the workpiece is clamped between the rollers, no additional clamping is necessary during the cutting process.
Material feeds to the adjustable bar stop, which features a micro-switch to control the feed motor. An integrated piece counter monitors and manages the number of cuts. The Fully Automatic Straight Cut-Horizontal Bandsaw BMSO-320L stops automatically in the event of blade breakage.
