The Bekamark High Speed Steel-Circular Saw BMDO-100CS is a high-speed circular saw designed with a column-type frame and servo feeding system to deliver outstanding cutting performance. Its vertical slide construction ensures maximum cutting power and rigidity, making it ideal for high-precision industrial applications.
This advanced metal saw comes standard with a speed inverter, offering a wide range of cutting speeds–from 20 meters/min (65′ 7 3/8″) to 100 meters/min (328′ 1″), providing optimal versatility for different materials and cutting conditions.
Equipped with precise electric servo feeding, the High Speed Steel-Circular Saw BMDO-100CS is capable of cutting solid metal bars up to 100mm (3 15/16″) in diameter, as well as a variety of tube sizes. Its superior gearbox design ensures long machine life and consistent performance under demanding production loads.
The flexible gripper feeding system and floating carriage enhance cutting accuracy, even when working with slightly bent or imperfect material. A user-friendly touch screen interface allows operators to program multiple cutting lengths per bar with ease, streamlining the workflow.
Additional safety cover features are included for operator protection and comfort. The cutting head is driven by cemented and ground helical gears, not an endless screw, reducing vibration and enabling high-speed, stable operation with continuously variable speed control via inverter.
