1. Eligibility for Return
Returns for CNC machines are subject to the following conditions:
The machine must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The machine must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
A return request must be pre-approved by Moon Machinery Inc. and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Custom-built or modified machines.
Machines that have been installed, used, or altered.
Special order items not normally kept in inventory.
Software or control systems integrated as part of the machine.
3. Return Process
Request an RMA: Email info@moonmachineryinc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide shipping instructions.
Return Shipment: You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error.
Inspection: Once received, the machine will be inspected. If found in acceptable condition, a refund or credit will be processed.
4. Re-stocking Fees:
For approved returns initiated within the time period specified in this policy, Moon Machinery inc will arrange the return shipping at cost to you and you will charge a re-stocking fee if:
All permitted returns, Moon Machinery inc may charge a re-stocking fee of 40% of the actual price you paid for the product. That price does not include shipping and handling or sales tax. Typically, we deduct any re-stocking fee from the amount of your refund or credit.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 45 business days after inspection and approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If the machine arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 3 business days of receipt.
Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.
We will coordinate a repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you.
7. Warranty
Returns for service-related issues should follow the warranty policy, not the general return policy. Refer to the warranty documentation included with your machine
