Description
The Upholstrey Bench is a purpose-built platform specifically designed for use in the upholstery and seating production industry. It features a flat top surface and a working table size of 800 x 1500mm (31 1/2″ x 59 1/16″), offering ample space for handling large and bulky seat components. The bench is equipped with a pneumatic piston system that allows it to move up and down smoothly, enabling operators to work comfortably at the ideal height during upholstery tasks.
The Upholstrey Bench enhances both ergonomics and productivity, allowing users to raise or lower the platform with minimal effort. This is especially beneficial in seating assembly operations where lifting and handling heavy materials is part of daily workflow.
Like many industrial platforms, the Upholstrey Bench is available with hydraulic or pneumatic lifting mechanisms, and in fixed or wheeled models to adapt to different workspace configurations. These systems, commonly used across various machine setups, are often controlled by an automatic photocell sensor or foot pedal, allowing hands-free operation.
In cases where al roller platform is used, rollers engage only when the bench is in the lowest position for safe movement. When raised, the rollers disengage to secure the workpiece. At its lowest point, the bench sits at 250mm (9 13/16″), compatible with standard conveyor system heights. The Upholstrey Bench combines safety, comfort, and efficiency in a single compact solution.
